DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Russia, Ukraine, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Turkey, Israel, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong.

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
Orders within the United States normally take 7-15 business days to arrive after being shipped.

International orders (outside the United States) normally take 14-21 business days to arrive after being shipped. 

Most orders will ship out within 1-3 business days of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.

Delays in transit are the sole responsibility of the courier service, unless the delays are caused by the customer (wrong or incomplete delivery address). 

*Please double check your delivery address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your order because we were given the wrong delivery address.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

During high order volumes our processing time might be a bit longer.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept the following payment methods: 
VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

We use Secure Card Data transmission in our web shop, which means that all card data necessary for payment authorization is transmitted to the credit card company via a secured data connection.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email/sms with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.

THE SIZE/ITEM I WANTED IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
Due to the high demand of our unique designs, they do tend to sell out fast. We've even had some products sell out in less than an hour! While certain products are very exclusive and only released once, most of our items are restocked regularly.

We have long lists of people waiting to be notified on restocks, so there is no guarantee that you will be able to get the item that you are waiting on.


HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
